Job summary

OCBC Bank Malaysia is seeking a proactive Corporate Treasury professional to support ALCO and MEC activities. You will contribute to balance sheet optimization, capital planning, and risk management while coordinating ICAAP and stress tests.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. This is a full‑time on‑site position based in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in accounting/finance.
• Self-starter with curiosity and forward-thinking mindset.
• Strong communication and influencing skills; able to engage stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support the ALCO committee in managing the Bank's balance sheet and capital deployment.
• Support MEC in capital planning, management and reporting (including Recovery and Resolution Planning).
• Provide secretariat support functions to ALCO and ALCO Sub-Committee (ASC).
• Develop risk-return optimisation strategies for balance sheet management and deployment of financial resources.
• Coordinate ICAAP and Stress Testing; review recovery plans (CFP) and testing.
• Lead in capital planning and management initiatives including issuances and redemptions.
• Department's Compliance Officer.
