Job summary

OCBC Bank in Kuala Lumpur seeks a seasoned finance professional to support ALCO governance and management of the balance sheet. You will coordinate capital planning, ICAAP/stress testing, and recovery plan activities while liaising with Management Executive Committee and Global Treasury Malaysia.

The role requires a degree or professional qualification in accounting or finance, with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree / Professional qualification in accounting / finance.
• Self-starter, forward looking, curious mindset, good communication / influencing skills, able to deal with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation and group.
• Possess attention to details, able to identify/observe patterns, sound analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretariat support functions to ALCO and ALCO Sub-Committee (ASC).
• Develop risk-return optimisation strategies for managing the balance sheet and deployment of financial resources.
• Collaborate with Global Treasury Malaysia to manage liquidity and set performance benchmarks.
• Coordinate ICAAP and Stress Test activities.
• Coordinate and review recovery plans (CFP) and conduct related testing.
• Lead in capital planning and management initiatives including issuances and redemptions.
• Serve as Department's Compliance Officer.
