Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a finance-leaning professional to support ALCO and MEC activities, focusing on balance sheet management and capital planning. The role involves coordinating ICAAP and stress testing, and providing secretariat support to ALCO and ASC. Strong analytical communication and stakeholder skills are essential for success.

You will contribute to risk-return optimisation and collaborate with the global treasury and risk teams to ensure financial resilience and capital adequacy.

Qualifications

• Degree / Professional qualification in accounting / finance.
• Self-starter with curiosity, good communication and influencing skills.
• Attention to detail, pattern recognition and strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support ALCO committee in balance sheet management and resource deployment.
• Assist MEC with capital planning, management and reporting.
• Provide secretariat support to ALCO and ASC.
• Develop risk-return optimisation strategies for balance sheet management.
• Coordinate ICAAP and stress testing activities.
