Job summary

Armadabs is seeking a Commercial Tender Executive to support the company’s commercial operations by managing tender submissions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying new business opportunities through vendor registrations and market intelligence.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong coordination and communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate, and competitive tender outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in business, finance, or law.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial, tendering, or contract management.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and tender management platforms.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tender platforms to identify opportunities.
• Review tender documents to ensure full comprehension of technical and administrative requirements.
• Coordinate input and documentation across departments (Project, Finance, Legal, HSE).
• Prepare timely, complete and compliant tender submissions.
• Identify new tender platforms and manage company registrations.
• Maintain active vendor profiles on relevant platforms.
• Track tender postings, updates and deadlines to ensure readiness.
