Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited is seeking a self-motivated Manager, Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment across key functions. This role is an individual contributor and hands-on, focusing on sourcing to placement within a 12-month direct-contract arrangement.

You will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to attract top talent, design recruiting strategies, build candidate pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in talent acquisition, preferably with a mix of agency and in-house.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and channel effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven with an eye for detail and ability to simplify processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a positive mindset and good prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruiting strategy aligned with the business growth blueprint.
• Identify hiring needs and collaborate with hiring managers to proactively plan for future talent acquisition with relevant pipelines.
• Screen resumes focusing on technical expertise, certifications, and culture-fit.
• Conduct pre-screening calls and structured interviews, including technical assessments and behavioral questions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to provide effective recruiting support and align recruitment with technology strategy.
• Build and maintain networks of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Stay aligned to industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the business providing market insights and recommendations to influence hiring strategies.
• Support ad hoc initiatives like talent mapping and employer branding.

We are seeking a self-motivated and highly skilled Manager, Talent Acquisition to support hiring across key functions. This is an individual contributor role and hands-on role requiring end-to-end recruitment expertise, from sourcing to placement. The recruiter will work closely with the business leaders and hiring managers to attract top talent. This is a 12-months direct-contract arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• To support the designing and implementation of recruiting strategy including and not limited to:
• Support the execution of the overall recruiting strategy aligned with the business growth blueprint.
• Identify hiring needs and collaborate with hiring managers to proactively plan for future talent acquisition with relevant pipelines.
• Screen resumes based on specialized skills:
• Evaluate resumes to match qualifications with job requirements.
• Focus on technical expertise, certifications, and relevant experience and ensuring right culture-fit.
• Conduct interviews using various methods:
• Perform pre-screening calls to assess applicants' abilities.
• Conduct structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
• Collaborate with hiring manager and business leaders:
• Understand hiring needs and providing effective recruiting support.
• Align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and technology strategy.
• Build and maintain networks of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Stay aligned to industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
• To act as a trusted advisor to the business providing market insights and recommendations to influence hiring strategies.
• To support in ad hoc initiatives or projects including and not limited to process improvement, talent mapping, technology community connects, and employer branding.

Requirements:

• A degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• At least 8 years in talent acquisition, preferably with a mix of agency and in-house. This is an individual contributor role.
• Proven and strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and hiring channels effectiveness and usages.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven with an eye for details and yet driving simplification.
• Self-starter, positive-minded and good prioritization skills working in a fast-paced environment.
