Job summary

Mindox Techno Pte. Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to develop and implement sales strategies, promote products through multiple channels, and identify new business opportunities.

You will build client relationships, support marketing materials, analyze market trends, monitor performance, and participate in meetings, trade shows, and events to drive growth and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years in technical sales or account management, preferably in semiconductor or industrial automation sectors.
• Proven ability to interpret technical data sheets and engineering requirements.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in contract law and commercial negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Promote products/services through various marketing channels (social media, email campaigns, etc.).
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
• Monitor and report on the performance of sales and marketing activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Attend meetings, trade shows, and events as necessary
