Job summary

Carro, Asia-Pacific’s leading online automotive marketplace, seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager in Malaysia to lead end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, and partner with business leaders to meet hiring needs. You will drive employer branding, manage senior and specialised roles, and optimize candidate experience.

You’ll oversee sourcing strategies, analytics, and the TA team, while coordinating with HR and business leaders to support growth across markets in Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of talent acquisition / recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising a Talent Acquisition team.
• Experience handling senior, critical or specialised recruitment.
• Strong ability to partner with business leaders and hiring managers on workforce needs.
• Advanced knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies with leaders and HR.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead recruitment for senior and specialised positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Oversee recruitment platforms, vendors, and analytics.
• Drive employer branding and candidate experience improvements.
