Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies via JobStreet, LinkedIn, agencies, and events.
• Review resumes and screen applicants against job requirements.
• Conduct interviews and provide assessments to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Assess candidates and provide hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and managers.
• Monitor time-to-fill and candidate pipeline KPIs.
• Collaborate with external agencies and manage submissions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
