Job summary

Accenture in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced supply chain planning consultant to help clients design, implement, and optimize end-to-end planning across cloud platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder, and RELEX.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and drive performance improvements, S&OP maturity, and scalable operations across industries.

Qualifications

• 2–10+ years of supply chain planning/consulting experience.
• Hands-on with at least one planning platform such as o9, Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder, RELEX, SAP IBP.
• Strong understanding of S&OP processes and integrated planning.
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, or end-to-end planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design integrated planning solutions using cloud platforms.
• Configure, customize, and optimize planning systems to improve performance.
• Lead or participate in project phases including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Advise on process strategy, including roadmap development and performance assessment.
• Work with business and IT teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials; conduct end-user training as required.
• Stay current with industry trends and AI/ML applications in supply chain planning.
