You will oversee inventory control, drive shipment planning to meet PG revenue targets, and collaborate with global Sales, Marketing, CSR to support demand fulfillment.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in complex supply chain planning organizations; semiconductor experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with inventory control and management.

Aufgaben

• Manage shipment estimates to meet PG revenue plan.
• Backlog management; manage RISO and unscheduled backlog; improve shipment date to match CRD; maximize weekly shipments.
• Responsible for customer OTD.
• Supporting worldwide Sales/Marketing/CSR.
• Develop capacity understanding for assembly and test operations to manage WIP and DOI; monitor output to hit quarterly targets.
• Coordinate with inter-departments to resolve planning/shipment issues.
