Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a supply chain professional to oversee end-to-end operations, backlog management, and wafer bank release to sustain strong production flow. You will drive inventory control and shipment planning aligned with PG revenue targets while maintaining high on‑time delivery performance to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in complex supply chain planning.
• Experience in semiconductor industry a plus.
• Strong analytical and detail orientation.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment estimates to meet PG revenue plan and ensure supply to meet customer demand.
• Backlog management including RISO and unscheduled backlog; improve shipment dates to match CRD.
• Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) to customers.
• Support worldwide Sales/Marketing/CSR activities.
• Develop capacity understanding for assembly and test operations; optimize DOI and monitor output.
• Coordinate with inter-departments to resolve planning and shipment issues.
