Job summary

IOI Palm Wood Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced SCM professional in Segamat, Johor to optimize costs, manage supplier networks, and lead procurement, warehousing, and logistics. You will develop SOPs, coordinate with logistics providers, and support audits while mentoring the SCM team.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in supply chain management at a managerial level, strong ERP knowledge, and bilingual communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management at managerial level.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and SCM programs.
• Willing to relocate to Segamat, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Optimize costs, control prices, and manage inventory to prevent stoppages.
• Collaborate with department heads and staff as an advisory team.
• Expand supplier networks locally and overseas for cost efficiency.
• Develop and support the SCM team and SOPs for procurement, store-warehouse, and logistics.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, handle lead times and payment terms, prepare for auditing.
