Manpower Staffing Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive procurement transformation across regional teams.

You will gather and translate business requirements, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet governance standards. Required are 6+ years in business analysis or procurement transformation, strong S2C knowledge, and proficiency with Power BI, SAP Ariba, Salesforce, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Procurement Transformation, or related transformation projects.
Strong understanding of S2C or Strategy-to-Contract procurement processes.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
Experience conducting impact assessments and supporting change management initiatives.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and reporting tools.
Experience using collaboration and project management platforms such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Mural, or Wiki tools.
Exposure to SAP Ariba and Salesforce is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with regional and global teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

Gather, analyse, document, and maintain business requirements for procurement transformation initiatives.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and discovery sessions to identify business needs and solution requirements.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and design documentation.
Collaborate with Product Owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to conduct gap analysis and develop solutions.
Perform impact assessments and support change management activities, including communication and training initiatives.
Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business insights to support decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
Ensure requirements and solutions align with business objectives and governance standards.
Support project delivery within an Agile environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
