You will handle both EDI and manual PO entry, backlogs, VMI buffers, and invoice receipts while ensuring on-time deliveries and accurate reconciliation. Applicants should be strong problem-solvers with cross-functional collaboration skills, fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle is a plus.
• Global purchasing exposure in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• All tasks to be carried out in a quality manner per company vision.
• Manage both EDI and manual purchase order entry.
• Re-plan and manage supplier backlog and agreements.
• Manage VMI Buffer Min/Max levels.
• Communicate PO backlog, shipping and tracking with suppliers.
• Receipts from suppliers and resolution of shipping discrepancies.
• Ensure correct receipt of supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor supplier on-time delivery.
• Manage supplier inventory levels.
• Handle supplier non-conformities
• Participate in supplier meetings as required.
• Support new suppliers implementation in Hub program.
