Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Familiarity with RFQ/RFP end-to-end processes.
• Ability to analyze spend data and market trends to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end RFQ/RFP processes for assigned categories.
• Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct basic market research and supplier profiling to assess capability and competitiveness.
• Support spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and consolidation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure sourcing activities meet operational needs.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contract documentation with guidance from Legal/Finance.
• Maintain contract records, track renewals, and ensure compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate critical issues to management.
