Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance or supply chain management.
• At least 8 years of experience in a sourcing or procurement or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and complex negotiation skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that meet the bank's objectives without compromising risk.
• Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Analyse problem statement and initiate new way of doing things.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, collaborate with Legal Department.
• Implement procurement policies and procedures.
• Drive cross-border collaboration with other teams, aligned with ESG objectives.
