Job summary

Crédit Agricole Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and enhance the company’s procurement function. The role drives governance, strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships and compliance within internal policies and regulatory requirements.

It also supports Corporate Premises initiatives including facilities, workplace projects and ESG governance to ensure integrated workplace management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of procurement leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Knowledge of governance, risk and compliance in procurement.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing strategy, RFI/RFP/RFQ, supplier evaluation and contract execution.
• Develop procurement strategies optimizing cost, quality, service and risk.
• Manage supplier onboarding, performance and governance; establish scorecards.
• Support facilities management and capital projects under Corporate Premises.
• Ensure OSH and ESG compliance in procurement processes.
• Engage stakeholders, drive procurement governance and early involvement.
• Lead procurement planning, governance and continuous improvement.
