Job summary

VK Transformation Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Digital Content Strategist in Kuala Lumpur to lead content strategy, ideation, and execution across social media platforms, working with a graphic design team to produce on-brand storytelling.

You will oversee content production, stay ahead of trends, and deliver client-focused results. You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape messaging, develop scripts and captions, and compile actionable performance reports that drive ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1 year of digital marketing/content strategy or SEO experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Chinese & Malay encouraged.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop content pillars, storyboards, and concepts for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Craft cohesive strategies reflecting brand positioning and business goals.
• Oversee content production workflows with designers, videographers, writers and other creatives to deliver on-brand storytelling.
• Provide art direction during shoots to ensure alignment with brand vision.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content to maximise reach and engagement.
• Track and identify relevant social media trends on TikTok and Instagram; propose posts based on trends.
• Write engaging scripts, captions, narratives and ad copy tailored to platforms.
• Prepare client reports with actionable recommendations.
• Serve as the primary client contact and manage social media accounts to ensure satisfaction.
