Ichor Systems, Inc. is hiring a Shared Service Procurement Manager in Malaysia to lead procurement operations, sourcing, supplier management and cost optimization. You will drive cross‑functional collaboration and continuous improvement across the organisation.

You will manage day‑to‑day procurement activities, develop supplier relationships, negotiate terms, monitor performance and ensure compliance with policies and controls, while mentoring the team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of procurement or supply chain experience, with managerial experience.
• Strong sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, and procurement operations experience.
• Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of procurement policies, internal controls and commercial practices.
• Ability to lead and develop a procurement team across functions and levels.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day Shared Services Procurement team operations and ensure service delivery.
• Manage sourcing, quotations, requisitions, purchase orders and supplier coordination.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Lead sourcing and negotiation to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and controls.
• Monitor spends, savings, purchasing trends, and KPIs.
• Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Engineering, HR, IT and others to support procurement needs.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate purchases, improve efficiency and standardize processes.
• Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives and resolve procurement issues.
• Coach and develop team members and prepare reports for management and audits.
