Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
• Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Identify, approach, and develop new customers to expand the company's market presence and sales opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits, meetings, and follow-ups to promote company products and services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales activity reports.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.
