Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable logistics planner to align customer demand with production capacity. You'll consolidate orders, forecast monthly needs and coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery from Malaysia to customers.

Proficiency in Mandarin and English, plus strong Excel data analysis skills, are essential for effective coordination with our China HQ and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Experience in sales coordination, order management, production planning, supply planning or logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monthly order and production planning: consolidate monthly customer orders and forecasts, prepare the monthly production plan.
• Weekly planning: coordinate weekly sales and delivery plans aligned with monthly plans.
• Assess order feasibility and confirm product availability, capacity and delivery schedules.
• Monitor customer orders, inventory ageing and apply FIFO where applicable.
• Coordinate shipment quantities and delivery arrangements with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and providers.
• Monitor plan execution, analyze variances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Communicate order status and delivery timelines with customers and HQ in China.
• Select logistics providers based on service quality, pricing and capacity; prepare dispatch instructions.
• Participate in sales-process reviews and improvement activities.
• Strong capabilities in data analysis, stakeholder communication and problem-solving.
