Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Planner to develop and maintain accurate manufacturing schedules, working with sales, procurement, and maintenance teams to balance demand with capacity and inventory. You will analyze data, optimize resources, and adapt plans to changing priorities while upholding quality standards.

The role requires collaboration across functions, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail, with English and Chinese communication proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, production management, engineering, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience as a Production Planner, Supply Chain Planner, or similar in manufacturing/logistics.
• Fluent English and Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand, capacity, and inventory.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, production, and maintenance to ensure availability of materials and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and resources to minimize excess stock and address shortages.
• Analyze progress and adjust schedules to resolve bottlenecks and disruptions.
• Prepare reports on schedule status, capacity, and efficiency; ensure compliance with quality standards.
