Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Demand Planning professional to manage customer orders, update schedules, and coordinate with Production and Material Control to ensure on-time delivery.

You will review forecasts, support production planning, and collaborate with Sales, Inventory, and Operations to improve forecasting accuracy. Strong Excel and ERP experience required; bilingual in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in demand planning, production planning or related areas is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and coordinate order changes and delivery schedules.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers on demand planning and order-related matters.
• Review and analyze customer forecasts to support production planning and demand management.
• Update delivery schedules in the system and coordinate with Production Control and Material Control to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Inventory, Material, and Production teams to improve demand planning accuracy.
