Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analyst experience in a high-tech company.
• Degree in IT, computer engineering, data science, or related field.
• Strong ability to handle large-scale unstructured data and SQL.
• Experience with PowerBI/Tableau for BI dashboards.
• Proficient with R and/or Python for analysis.
• Familiar with experimentation and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user, transaction, and alternate data to surface patterns and trends.
• Perform data and statistical analysis to keep risk systems optimal.
• Develop insights and actions for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain dashboards for visibility into metrics and detection efficiency.
• Optimize risk rules and algorithms to address emerging trends.
• Serve as a source of truth for risk metrics and monitor their logic.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage risk across products and payments.
• Act as a data-driven strategic partner for risk decisions.
