Job summary

Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas is seeking a Revenue Manager to set and communicate hotel pricing by market segment with reference to market intelligence, buying patterns and seasonality. This role leads the Revenue & Reservations functions for the property, based at the RMCE Minor Hotel Corporate Office in Bangkok and reporting to the Area General Manager - Malaysia.

You will ensure PMS & RMS are fully utilized, measure performance across distribution channels, and help shape the hotel’s

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel revenue management and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and communicate pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly 3-month forecast for hotel rooms revenue by market segment.
• Prepare rolling 12-month forecast for hotel rooms revenue by market segment.
• Set and communicate pricing strategy by market segment using market intelligence and seasonality.
• Chair a weekly Revenue Meeting and distribute minutes.
• Set monthly upsell targets for front office and reservations.
• Propose innovative ideas to maximise total revenue.
