Job summary

Infineon Technologies Malaysia is seeking a Staff Specialist Resource Planning to drive module resource planning and optimization across the value chain. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to translate capacity and demand into sustainable growth, balancing production program commitments with revenue targets.

The role requires strong supply chain knowledge, semiconductor planning experience, and fluent English presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and semiconductor planning experience.
• Fluent in English with confident presentation skills.
• Analytical skills to evaluate, identify, and resolve capacity optimization and demand fulfillment issues.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall module resource planning across the entire value chain (from Assembly to Test) to support sustainable and profitable module growth while achieving revenue targets.
• Accountable for module VRFC, TCR, LTCR, and PlanPro activities, ensuring timely completion and incorporation into planning.
• Accountable and responsible for module capacity planning (Production Program) to meet weekly delivery commitments and revenue targets.
• Prepare investment proposals to support capacity ramp-up initiatives and meet ramp-up timelines.
• Collaborate with Operations, FIN, QM, IE, and DEV teams to ensure delivery stability, capacity balancing, and KPI achievement.
