Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia seeks a Senior Specialist Supply Chain Planning to coordinate end-to-end planning across product lines, forecast accuracy, inventory, and demand planning. You will support stabilization activities and interface with Production Logistics, Marketing, and Quality teams to ensure smooth execution.

The role requires data engineering knowledge, strong communication, and proficiency in Tableau and Python for analytics and modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field, with knowledge of Data Engineering.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for supply chain planning across all business cycles, including product line revenue contribution, forecast accuracy, inventory management, demand planning, and operations.
• Support allocation planning activities, including supply stabilization, product planning, and execution.
• Generate supply and recovery plans to address demand gaps while ensuring contract fulfillment requirements are met.
• Interface with Production Logistics and Planning, Business Management, Business Line Marketing, Ramp-Up Managers, Corporate Supply Chain, and Quality Management to support effective planning and execution.
• Interpret business requirements from cross-functional teams and develop advanced analytical and reporting solutions.
• Apply statistical knowledge and methodologies to generate actionable business insights.
• Leverage supply chain expertise and business acumen to support data-driven decision-making.
