Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia seeks a Staff Specialist Resource Planning to drive module resource planning across the value chain, balancing capacity and demand while delivering revenue targets.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Quality, Industrial Engineering and Development to ensure delivery stability and KPI achievement, while integrating strategic module initiatives into plans.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall module resource planning across the value chain (assembly to test).
• Own module VRFC, TCR, LTCR and PlanPro activities to support growth and targets.
• Ensure module strategies are incorporated into planning.
• Plan production capacity to meet weekly delivery commitments and revenue targets.
• Prepare investment proposals to support ramp-up timelines and demand fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, QM, IE and DEV to ensure stability and KPI achievement.

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

• Accountable for overall module resource planning across the entire value chain (from Assembly to Test) to support sustainable and profitable module growth while achieving the company's revenue targets.
• Accountable for module VRFC, TCR, LTCR, and PlanPro activities, ensuring timely completion to support mid- and long-term sustainable and profitable module growth.
• Also responsible for ensuring that module strategies are properly considered and incorporated into planning.
• Accountable and responsible for module capacity planning (Production Program) to meet weekly delivery commitments, ensuring fulfillment of division demand and achievement of revenue targets.
• Accountable and responsible for the preparation of investment proposals to support capacity ramp-up initiatives, ensuring committed ramp-up timelines are achieved to meet division demand fulfillment and revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance (FIN), Quality Management (QM), Industrial Engineering (IE), and Development (DEV) teams to ensure delivery stability and commitment, effective capacity planning and balancing, and achievement of the company's KPIs.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. A qualification in Finance will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, solid semiconductor planning experience, and proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English with confident presentation skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate, identify, and resolve complex issues related to capacity optimization, resource optimization, and business demand fulfillment.
