Job summary

RBC in Putrajaya, Malaysia, seeks an experienced finance professional to lead head office reporting for Wealth Management Asia. You will prepare and submit reports, monitor data accuracy, and support the reporting calendar while ensuring audit trails.

The role covers regulatory returns to MAS, ad hoc inquiries, and project work to enhance finance processes. Strong analytical skills, advanced MS Office, and familiarity with Avaloq or RBC systems are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher and professional financial accreditation.
• 8+ years of banking/financial industry experience, preferably Wealth Management.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and finance processes.
• Advanced MS-Office skills; macros is an asset.
• Avaloq and RBC systems experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead head office reporting for WM Asia; prepare and submit reports.
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests and monitor data accuracy.
• Maintain audit trails and support reporting calendar deadlines.
• Conduct variance analyses with explanations for head office.
• Prepare regulatory returns to MAS and support audits.
• Drive finance project initiatives and process improvements.
