Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Management Consultant to oversee real estate projects from initiation to closeout. You will collaborate with clients to define scope, budgets, milestones, and resource needs, while ensuring governance and data integrity.

Strong judgment, organizational skills, and math proficiency are essential to manage risk and deliver results. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience and may have LEED AP, PMP, or CCM designations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on multiple information sources.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare project scope, budgets, work plans and milestones.
• Define resources and conduct bid evaluations to recommend team members.
• Implement governance aligned with client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team and provide direction to achieve goals.
• Track progress, report status and manage risks with contingency plans.
