Job summary

Peninsular HoHup Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle take-offs, BQ preparation, tendering, cost analysis and final accounts across assigned projects. You will manage progress claims, site valuation and contract administration while liaising with consultants, clients and subcontractors.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying and proficiency in Microsoft Excel with basic AutoCAD knowledge.

Qualifications

• at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
• able to use Microsoft excel and basic knowledge of AutoCad

Responsibilities

• Take off quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) for projects
• Prepare tender documents & contract documents
• Assist to call for tender/quotation
• Prepare tender report
• Prepare monthly progress claims & site valuation
• Attend meetings and liaise with consultants and client
• Prepare final account
• Administration of contracts and costs monitoring
• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Establish database for costs, materials and supply sources
• Monitor site valuation / measurement
