Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to estimate project costs and prepare cost plans.
• Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities and tender documents.
• Strong understanding of contracts and procurement.
• Excellent coordination with PMs, consultants and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantities, cost estimates and budgets.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities, schedules of rates, and tender documents.
• Review tender documents and evaluate quotations.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and contractual obligations.
• Prepare and submit interim progress claims and certify payments.
• Identify cost variations and prepare variation orders.
• Maintain records of contracts and commercial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and company procedures.
