Job summary

Required are a diploma or bachelor’s in a related field, with 3+ years of experience and strong negotiation skills. Mandarin reading is preferred, and MS Office/ERP proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in project cost management and procurement are preferred.
• Minimum three years of working experience.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain positive supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and procurement management systems or ERP software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to read and comprehend Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Compare quotations and negotiate prices with suppliers.
• Be responsible for material procurement under the leadership of the department manager.
• Collect information and develop new suppliers and conduct preliminary evaluation to ensure supplier qualification.
• Assist the department manager in procurement for project‑related document provision.
• Participate in procurement planning, material ordering and delivery‑cycle control, and arrange procurement in a timely and reasonable manner.
• Take charge of contract signing
• Strictly abide by all company rules and regulations.
• Cooperate in relevant training and company‑organized activities.
• Perform other temporary tasks assigned by the company.
