Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; five years experience including two in supervisory role.
• Experience in indirect materials purchasing is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview Purchasing staff.
• Monitor turnover and identify improvements.
• Coach and mentor Materials staff to deliver excellence.
• Create and manage succession plans for Materials.
• Establish clear measurable goals and monitor performance.
• Provide updates to leadership on strategy execution.
• Drive cost optimization through streamlined processes.
• Lead price administration with data integrity.
