• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors, negotiating terms and conditions for competitive pricing and quality.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to forecast procurement needs and prevent stockouts.
• Track shipments and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival and optimal condition of materials.
• Maintain detailed records of purchases, invoices, and supplier communications for audit/reporting.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues, manage returns, and ensure quality compliance of delivered goods.
• Analyze spends data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
• Support development/maintenance of supplier relationships for reliability and performance.
