Job summary

IQVIA Malaysia is seeking a Proposal Developer to review RFPs, draft text and budgets, and support the proposal delivery process. You will collaborate with the proposal team to finalise proposals, ensure accurate budgets, and maintain necessary documentation and databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrated written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs and prepare proposal text and budgets.
• Prepare text and budgets for proposals and rebids.
• Support other proposal developers in delivering opportunities.
• Define scope and ensure budgets reflect it.
• Follow processes and policies for proposal development.
• Join strategy calls to align customer requirements.
• QC edits and finalize documents for distribution.
• Update corporate databases and tracking reports.
• Participate in customer meetings when needed.
• Participate in departmental initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
