Job summary

Teguh Harian Sdn Bhd is seeking a Land & Development Liaison professional to coordinate land matters, planning approvals, and related documentation in Kuala Lumpur. You will work with authorities, government agencies, and consultants to facilitate transactions and development processes.

The role requires a relevant degree and experience in property development or land matters, plus strong coordination and documentation skills to ensure timely approvals and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Town & Regional Planning, Urban Planning, Land Administration, Property Development, Real Estate, Surveying, Building, or related field.
• Preferably 2–5 years of relevant experience in property development, land matters, planning or authority liaison.
• Familiar with dealings with local authorities, Land Offices, PTG and relevant technical agencies.
• Strong coordination, documentation, communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand land titles, layout plans and development-related documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate land matters, including land searches, title verification, land status, and related documentation
• Assist with applications for land conversion, subdivision, amalgamation, surrender and re-alienation
• Coordinate and monitor applications for Planning Permission, Building Plan and other statutory approvals
• Liaise with local authorities, Land Offices, PTG, and utility providers on submissions and approvals
• Coordinate with town planners, architects, engineers, surveyors, lawyers and other consultants on land and development planning matters
• Monitor approval status, conditions, technical requirements and development timelines
• Assist in land due diligence, feasibility studies and development planning for projects
• Maintain land records, plans, approvals, reports and development documentation, including meetings
