Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development and implementation of initiatives to identify and secure non-traditional income streams for the University, including CPD, micro-credentials, executive education, consultancy, short courses and other commercial initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate assigned special projects from initial concept through to implementation, ensuring alignment with University priorities and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Brand and Marketing to conduct market research, competitor analysis and feasibility assessments for new offerings and revenue opportunities.
• Identify relevant expertise and opportunities for marketable offerings in collaboration with academic and professional services colleagues.
• Develop project proposals, business cases and implementation plans for new initiatives as required.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with corporates and organisations across Malaysia and the wider region.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing corporate partners and clients to understand needs and opportunities for collaboration.
• Lead and support the development of proposals, quotations and presentations for corporate training, executive education, consultancy, CPD, micro-credentials and other offerings.
• Manage delivery of assigned business development and special projects including planning, coordination, implementation and reporting.
• Produce reports and presentations on project progress, business development activities, market opportunities and outcomes.
