Job summary

ONNEC Group is seeking a detail-oriented Project Planner to support data cabling infrastructural installations and managed services. You will work with design and site planning teams to ensure plans capture delivery requirements on time and within scope for major data centre and enterprise projects.

Based in APAC, you will shape planning support across projects, coordinating with managers, engineers and clients to define timelines and resources while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of commercial and contractual interfaces with planning.
• Experience with planning techniques in tendering and contract delivery.
• Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6 or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for data cabling installations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Attend project kick-off meetings and site visits to ensure alignment with plans.
• Coordinate procurement call-offs and manage critical path for materials and hardware.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
