• Support project sales team by handling administrative tasks and ensuring project progress efficiently and smoothly
• Manage schedules, resources, and communication with stakeholders
• Plan, execute, and manage timelines, coordinating with the team and stakeholders
• Identify quality issues, document progress, and prepare reports
• Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external parties
• Maintain project documentation including reports, meeting minutes and other relevant files and documents
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing their concerns
• Schedule meetings, manage project documents and update project tracking tools
• Track, analyze and communicate project liabilities and opportunities
• Oversee the progress of projects
