Responsibilities

• Monitor and report materials status on assigned products
• Plan shipment schedules and update customer reports
• Coordinate production activities and resolve schedule-related issues
• Review and provide delivery commitments for assigned product orders
• Drive materials readiness with cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments
• Support departmental KPIs: On-time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, Revenue, and Business Growth
• Control and report on inventory excess
• Coordinate new product introduction (NPI) activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to workplace safety, health, and environmental (EHS) initiatives
