Advanced Energy is seeking a dedicated production planning professional in Penang tasked with ensuring 100 percent on-time delivery of products as scheduled. You will analyze BU capacity, identify constraints, and reduce lead times while managing raw and finished goods inventory.

The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing ECOs in NPI, and optimizing material flow. A Bachelor's in a related field and SAP experience are preferred to drive efficient manufacturing

• Clear and persuasive ideas presented in writing and verbally.
• Able to respond quickly and decisively to changing requirements in demand, product description, and material demand.
• Excellent judgment and initiative to balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and approve products through PDP process.
• Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided per schedule.
• Interface with MPM, marketing, sales, production and engineering managers.
