Job summary

Advanced Energy in Malaysia is seeking an Engineering Planner II to ensure on-time delivery of products and coordinate production plans across the PDP process. You will work closely with various functions to manage schedules and material flow.

The role requires experience with SAP, BOM maintenance, and engineering change orders, with a focus on reducing lead times and optimizing inventory within a high-mix environment.

• Ability to present ideas in a clear and persuasive manner, both orally and in writing.
• Capability to respond quickly, decisively, assertively, and professionally to changing requirements in demand, product description, and material demand.
• Excellent judgment and initiative, including the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete PDP Process.
• Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
• Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with, material program manager (MPM), marketing, sales, production and engineering managers.
