Job summary

Inventec Appliances (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Planning professional to manage production schedules, labor planning, and material coordination to ensure on-time delivery and smooth production flow.

The role includes planning based on orders and forecasts, SAP operations, WIP monitoring, and cross‑department coordination. Fluency in Mandarin and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent/Diploma.
• Strong MS Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of SAP (training will be provided).
• Fluent in Mandarin speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Plan production schedules based on customer orders and forecast.
• Conduct manpower planning for Direct and Indirect Labor to meet production targets.
• Review daily loading and reschedule as needed to maintain flow.
• Monitor production performance to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track WIP and inventory levels to support production.
