Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Production Planner to coordinate daily production activities based on customer orders and delivery deadlines. You will schedule and monitor production plans, check material availability, and liaise with Production, Engineering, QA and Purchasing to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• Good planning and time-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of production planning, ERP/MRP and inventory is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a suitable background may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily production activities based on customer orders.
• Prepare and monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, QA and Purchasing departments.
• Check material availability and follow up on material requirements.
• Monitor production progress and update delivery schedules.
• Follow up on delays and coordinate solutions with relevant departments.
• Maintain production planning records and reports.
• Ensure production plans are updated according to changes in customer requirements.
