You will review planning systems, create and release production orders, analyze delivery delays, monitor shop-floor inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have a practical background in production planning, scheduling, and capacity management.
• Experience with tier-1 ERP systems and production planning software.
• Ability to analyze shop-floor metrics, inventory balances and material movement trends.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Tertiary qualification in industrial engineering, manufacturing, operations, or a matching field.

Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules and material workflows to support manufacturing operations.
• Review enterprise planning systems to align production schedules with changing customer demand.
• Create and release production orders while evaluating machine capacity, workforce, and material availability.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on delivery delays to drive operational performance improvements.
• Monitor shop-floor inventory levels to optimize stock balance and reduce excess holding.
• Partner with cross-functional operational units to maintain schedule adherence and quality standards.
