Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Production Planner to ensure smooth, on‑schedule production. Key duties include planning orders, monitoring progress, and coordinating with multiple departments to maintain capacity and delivery targets.

Requirements include Advanced Diploma or Degree and at least 1 year in production planning or related fields; aerospace experience and AS9100/ISO 9001 knowledge are advantageous. The role suits a fast-paced setting in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in project management, production planning or manufacturing.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Aerospace / manufacturing experience added advantage.
• Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production orders to meet delivery targets.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans when required.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality and other departments.
• Monitor materials, WIP, subcontracting and production capacity.
• Update production schedules and orders in the ERP system.
• Identify production delays and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Provide updates on production status, capacity and delivery risks.
• Prepare monthly planning reports.
