Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Planner II in Malaysia to develop and execute production plans aligned with customer demand and ensure on-time shipments. The role requires monitoring build progress, managing work orders, and mitigating material and scheduling risks while maintaining optimal WIP levels.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering/science/ mathematics/ materials/ industrial engineering/ business management and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong

Bachelor’s degree in engineering / science / mathematics / Materials / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration / Business Management.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute production plans aligned with customer demand.
Ensure timely shipments and manage work orders through completion.
Monitor build progress and mitigate material and scheduling risks.
Maintain optimal WIP levels and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Update OPS KPI - OTD, WIP Inventory, shipment risk and mitigation actions.
Support production analysis reports as assigned by the department manager/HOD.
