Job summary

SHOTO TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD in Kulai, Johor, seeks a capable Production & Logistics Planner to develop and maintain production schedules aligned with sales orders, ensuring timely targets are met while coordinating across production, procurement and warehousing.

You will monitor execution, analyse data, optimise transport plans, liaise with service providers for on-time delivery, and manage daily warehouse operations with a focus on 6S and inventory accuracy to prevent shortages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans based on sales orders to meet production targets.
• Monitor the execution of production plans, identify issues quickly, and coordinate corrective actions for smooth operations.
• Calculate material requirements according to production schedules and coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse to ensure timely availability.
• Analyse production and logistics data, optimise transportation plans, improve logistics efficiency, and prepare regular logistics reports to support process improvement.
• Liaise with logistics service providers to arrange finished goods transportation and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Manage the daily operations of the materials warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy, 6S compliance, and prevention of shortages.
