Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee, advise, and supervise production planning activities.
• Lead strategic planning for unit programs and initiatives.
• Review customer forecasts and analyze revenue commitments.
• Develop and implement production control functions including master scheduling.
• Foster positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Drive planning system improvements and automation aligned with customer requirements.
• Interface with customers and management to ensure delivery commitments.
• Oversee recruitment, training, performance, and coaching of staff.
• Coordinate capacity planning with IE using forecasting and loading trends.
• Attend external customer business reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
